The Regional Directorate of Culture of the Alentejo, created by Decree-Law
No. 114/2012, of 25 May, within the scope of the Reduction and Improvement Plan.
The Reduction and Improvement Plan of the Central Administration (PREMAC), was the result of a structural reform in the area of Culture,
some attributions previously committed to the Institute for the Management of the Architectural and Archaeological Heritage
of Architectural and Archaeological Heritage (IGESPAR, IP), as well as the responsibility for the
